Banana Oatmeal Muffins
1 tsp. (5 ml.) baking soda
Butter muffin cups. In a mixer bowl combine butter or oil, eggs, bananas and honey. Cream well. Add flour to creamed mixture, mixing until just blended. Stir in oats. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full of batter.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18 – 20 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on a wire rack.
