Banana Oatmeal Muffins

½ C. (125 ml.) Soft butter or oil
2 eggs
1 C. (250 ml.)mashed bananas
½ C. (125 ml.) honey
¼ C. (50 ml.) plain yogurt

1 tsp. (5 ml.) baking soda
11/2 C. (375 ml.) whole wheat flour
1 C. (250 ml.)rolled oats
1 tsp. (5 ml.) cinnamon
½ C. (125 ml.) raisins
½ C. (125 ml.) walnuts

May Banana Oatmeal MuffinButter muffin cups. In a mixer bowl combine butter or oil, eggs, bananas and honey. Cream well. Add flour to creamed mixture, mixing until just blended. Stir in oats. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full of batter.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18 – 20 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on a wire rack.

Makes 18 muffins.
