Sage Honey Chicken
tabasco sauce to taste
Marinade: In bowl, whisk together olive oil, 6 tbsp (75 ml.) of the honey, lemon juice and ground sage. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
Glaze: In separate bowl whisk together 1/2 cup (125 ml) honey, lemon juice and tabasco sauce. Cover and set aside until cooking time.
Place chicken on greased grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Glaze chicken several times on both sides until chicken is browned and no longer pink, about 12-15 minutes.
