Sweet & Saucy Ribs
5.6 lb. (2.5 Kg.) pork back ribs (Serves approximately 4 people)
1 bottle Liquid Smoke
2 C. (473 ml) Flavours of the Foothills Barbeque Sauce
Optional Sauce Additions
½ C. (118 ml.) hot sauce
1 C. (237 ml.) Chinook Honey
2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
Marinate the ribs for 1 hour with Liquid Smoke. Half fill an oven broiling pan with water. Place the ribs on the broiling pan grill and cover with tin foil. Steam in the oven at 350° F (177 ° C) for 1 hour.
Remove the tin foil and brush with sauce. Bake 15 minutes uncovered, then turn and brush with sauce and bake another 15 minutes. Repeat once more on the 1st side.
